Okay, technically this is not a "smoothie" , more like juice but it was still really good, okay?!
Recipe:
Nothing complicated. If you've been to Jamba Juice with me, I always end up ordering this one. But you can also make this at home!
- Ingredients: 2-3 carrots, 2-3 oranges
- Process: BLEND
- Serve: At room temperature and preferably in margarita glasses.
I was out the whole day and was too tired to make my own so I picked up this gem before heading home. Yes, it's a "sunrise drink" and yes, I got it for lunch.
Ingredients: Apple, strawberry, banana, almond, chia seed, vanilla, vegan probiotic

This is my easiest and most frequently-made smoothie but this time around, it's in an iced form!
Ingredients: 1 cup of blueberries, 1 banana, 1 ripe mango, 1.5 tbsp of flax seed powder, handful of kale, handful of crushed almonds, pinch of cayenne pepper, almond milk (use as needed).
Process: BLEND. Then pour into popsicle molds and let it sit in the freezer for 2+ hours.
Serve: Chilled (obviously) and try not to get your tongue stuck to the smoothie.
